Therapeutic Crisis Intervention is a crisis management protocol developed by Cornell University for residential child care facilities.
The purpose of Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) is to provide a crisis prevention and intervention model which will assist in: Preventing crises from occurring. De-escalating potential crises. Effectively managing acute crisis phases. This training has been designed and is specifically for CASPA Foster carers to attend.
Training will be broken up into sessions and attendance on all days is mandatory.
Monday 27th June & Tuesday 28th June 10:00am – 2:30pm.
PLEASE NOTE: This training has been specifically modified for Foster Carers and is not suitable for staff to attend. Staff wishing to attend TCI training should contact their manager or CASPA HR.
