Martin Smith
Chairman & Board Director
Non-Executive Director and Board Member
Martin Smith is an executive leader, governance advisor and qualified social worker with more than 35 years' experience across social services, infrastructure, sustainability, risk and organisational governance.
His background in social work and child protection informs a values-led, trauma-informed approach to leadership.
Martin has advised boards, executives and regulators, and most recently held enterprise-wide responsibility for governance, risk, sustainability and resilience at John Holland Group.
A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and MBA holder, he brings expertise in strategy, risk oversight, culture and performance assurance.
On the CASPA Board, Martin supports safe, responsive and person-centred services that create meaningful outcomes for children, young people and families.
