We support and respect all children. CASPA is committed to child safety. We advocate for the participation and empowerment of all children. We want all children to be safe, and to be empowered to speak up when they don’t feel safe. 2. ###### 2 CASPA has zero tolerance for all forms of child abuse. All allegations will be treated seriously in line with our policies and procedures. 3. ###### 3 CASPA is a mandatory reporter. We have a legal obligation to risk assess all allegations of abuse and report to the Child Protection Helpline. 4. ###### 4 CASPA is committed to the prevention of all forms of child abuse. We work with children, young people and their families to educate and support the recognition of safety, and act to secure thriving family environments. 5. ###### 5 CASPA human resources, recruitment practices and training aim to educate those working with us about child safety. We aim to act together to reduce abuse against children and young people. 6. ###### 6 CASPA is committed to the cultural safety of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and their families. CASPA recognises the strength and resilience of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children. We are committed to fostering inclusivity and celebrating diversity, while supporting healing from the impacts of past government policies known as the Stolen Generation 7. ###### 7 CASPA is committed to the safety of children.
