Executive Director Service Quality, Accreditation & Research
Kylee has over 20 years' experience in the human services and child protection sector across Out-of-Home Care, Family Preservation, Interim Care, Targeted Early Intervention and clinical service provision, holding a number of senior leadership roles.
Leading CASPA’s Service Quality, Accreditation and Research Team, Kylee oversees regulatory requirements and governance frameworks promoting a culture of evaluative thinking across our programs - inspiring continuous quality improvement and strategic planning initiatives to drive innovative service delivery and care models that increase safety and healing opportunities for the children, young people and vulnerable families we serve.
