Peter Freer
Chief Operating Officer
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
As CASPA’s Chief Operating Officer, Peter leads the day-to-day operations of the organisation and is responsible for our Human Resources, Work Health & Safety, Investigations, and Fleet. After honing his logistical skills through 22 years’ of service in the New South Wales Police Force, Peter launched his own consultancy firm delivering HR, mediation and investigation services. Throughout his career Peter has been passionate about rectifying social injustices and advocating for the rights of the indigenous members of our community. Peter holds qualifications in Work Health & Safety, Government Investigations, Community Services, Leadership Management, and Business.
