Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Richard has over 20 years’ experience in financial management across the hospitality, infrastructure and education industries in both public and commercial sectors - including 20 years as a chartered accountant.
A finance leader, Richard brings to CASPA a proven track record in organisational change and lifting the capacity and capability of the finance function in highly visible and complex environments. Richard’s experience includes business process design and improvement and building effective relationships across our internal teams, delivery partners, and community stakeholders.
