Seasons for Growth program.
What is
The Seasons for Growth program?
Grief can feel very lonely. But we shouldn’t have to go through it alone.
The Seasons for Growth program is an innovative, evidence-based change, loss and grief program that helps children and young people work through challenging emotions in a safe and supportive environment.
CASPA educators are trained facilitators of this internationally recognised program that uses the metaphor of the seasons to help young people better recognise and understand their grief.
